Tarakihi Torroncini

  • 500g Torroncini Pasta
  • Parsley, Lemon and Focaccia to serve
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Foccacia Bread herb & garlic
  • 1 Small Red Onion, sliced
  • 1 Green Capsicum, sliced
  • 100g Cooked Prawns, optional
  • 500g Fresh Tarakihi, or other firm fleshed fish
  • 575g Chunky Pasta Sauce, your favourite


Cook the torroncini in plenty of boiling water for 15 minutes, drain.

Mix in the pasta sauce and heat through.

Heat the olive oil in a saute pan, saute the fish fillets 2-3 minutes each side, saute the capsicum and prawns alongside.

Place a stack of coated pasta onto serving plates, top with the fish. Spoon the prawns, capsicum and pan juices around the side.

Garnish with chopped parsley, lemon wedges and serve with fresh focaccia.

Chef's tip: Fresh steamed asparagus partners this pasta dish impeccably!
