Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 1 Red Capsicum, chopped
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 packet MAGGI Recipe Base Spaghetti Bolognese
  • 600g Beef, Minced, lean
  • 2tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • ½ cup UNCLE TOBYS Rolled Oats
  • 1 Red Onion, finely chopped

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine the first 6 ingredients and press into loaf pan.

Combine sauce and oats and sprinkle over meatloaf

Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through. Meatloaf will shrink from the sides of the pan.

Allow to rest for 5 minutes before turning out and slicing.
