Crispy Potato tapas

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic- sliced
- 1/4 cup parsely
- Salt to taste
- Peper to taste
- 3 good size potatoes- diced
Method
Par boil the potatoes until just softened. Heat a large pan on a medium heat. When hot add the oil then garlic and potatoes. Cook until golden and crispy. Remove from heat and combine the parsley. Season and serve.
