Ingredients

  • 600g Lamb Leg Steaks, trimmed & thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green Capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 Red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 4 Sliced Green Onions
  • Steamed rice to serve

Method

Place lamb in a bowl. Add cornflour. Toss to combine.

Heat canola oil in a wok. Stir fry lamb until almost cooked. Remove from pan. Add red onion, capsicums, Gourmet Garden Ginger and Garlic.

Stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until just tender. Return lamb to pan with hoi sin sauce combined with 1/4 cup water.

Add green onions. Toss to combine. Cook until heated through. Serve with steamed rice.
