Fettucine with Creamy Garlic Prawns

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 300g Raw Peeled Prawns
  • Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 100ml dry white wine
  • 300ml Cream
  • Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 400g Select Fettuccine, boiled in well salted water until al dente, well drained, ready when needed

Method

Heat the oil over moderate heat and add the garlic and prawns.

Panfry until the prawns are just cooked.

Add the lemon zest and juice and the wine.

Let the wine bubble for 20 seconds then add the cream. Bring to the boil and boil 1 minute.

Season and toss with the hot fettuccine.

Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
