Salmon Linguine

Salmon Linguine

  • sealord salmon pink, 210g can
  • 125g Linguine Pasta
  • Rice Bran Oil
  • 1½ tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 125g of Lite Créme Fraîche
  • Zest of 1 Large Lemon & Juice from ½ lemon
  • Watercress to serve
  • Cracked Pepper
  • ½ a punnet of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Spring Onion, finely sliced


Cook the linguine according to packet instructions.

In a non-stick frying pan, heat rice bran oil then sauté

garlic and spring onion for a minute.

Add the créme fraîche, lemon zest & juice, cherry tomatoes, watercress and the Sealord Skinless & Boneless wild Canadian Pink Salmon.

Cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.

Drain the pasta and toss with the salmon mixture.

Sprinkle with cracked pepper to taste.

Divide between 2 bowls.
