Ingredients

  • 2 x 525g pkt Sealord Simply Natural Hoki
  • 1 sachet Green Curry Paste
  • ½ c Plain Flour
  • 1 Spring Onion, finely chopped
  • 400ml Coconut Milk
  • Fresh Coriander for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Method

Cut the frozen fish into chunks.

Sprinkle the flour over the fish and stir gently to coat the fish.

Cook the fish quickly in oil until just coloured, remove from pan.

Add curry paste to pan and cook for a few minutes and then add coconut milk.

Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

In the last three to five minutes of this cooking time, add fish. Garnish with fresh coriander
