Pumpkin and Blue Cheese Fettuccine

  • 400g Dried Fettuccinie
  • 5-6 Rashers Bacon, rind removed and cut into 3-4 cm pieces
  • 600g The Good Taste Company Fresh Creamy Pumpkin Soup
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley or Chives, freshly chopped
  • 1/4 c Pinenuts, toasted
  • 125g pottle cream cheese
  • 25g blue cheese, crumbled


Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until ‘al-dente’, drain well.

Heat a dash of oil in a deep frying pan and quickly cook the bacon pieces until crisp and golden.

Stir in The Good Taste Company Fresh Creamy Pumpkin Soup, Cream Cheese and blue cheese and heat gently, season with pepper and parsley. Toss in the fettuccine.

Serve with toasted pinenuts
