Ingredients

  • 450 gms White Fish
  • 3 tsp Greggs Green Curry Paste
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Coriander, chopped
  • 1 Spring Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100g beans, sliced

Method

In the food processor whiz the white fish until well minced,transfer to a bowl and eggs,Gregg’s green curry paste,

flour, sweet chilli sauce,chopped spring onion and chopped coriander.

Shape into cakes with a little breadcrumbs.

Fry in oil until golden and cooked through.

Serve with avocado & sweet chilli dip.

Garnish with limes for squeezing.
