Seafood Laksa Chowder

Seafood Laksa Chowder

Serves 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 Stick of Celery
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
- 3 tsp Laksa Paste
- 1 tsp Crushed Ginger
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 lt Fish Stock
- 1 lt Milk
- 125g Fresh Fish
- 125g Surimi
- 125g Shrimps & 125g Fresh Mussels
- Fresh Coriander
- Cracked Pepper
Method
Sauté diced onion, celery and carrot.
Add crushed garlic, ginger and laksa paste.
Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes, add hot liquid – fish stock or milk and stir until smooth and thickened.
Add your favourite seafood – fish, crabmeat, shrimps, mussel’s etc.
Heat until seafood is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander and cracked pepper
