Ingredients

  • 2 Sealord Fresh Hoki Fillets
  • 2 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 200 g Green Beans or Snow Peas, small
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • Squeeze of Lime

Method

1. Stir-fry the curry paste in a little oil in a saucepan for 1 minute.

2. Stir in the coconut milk with 200ml water, bring to boil.

3. Add beans and Sealord hoki fillets, reduce to a simmer.

4. Cook for 5 minutes. Add fresh coriander.

5. Serve with rice and a squeeze of lime.
