Garlic & Herb Alfredo with Chicken and Spinach

  • 1 tsp 100% kiwi olive oil
  • 400 g Tegel boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 value pack Continental Alfredo with Garlic & Herbs Pasta & Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups (310ml) Anchor Trim milk
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 3 Tbsp pine nuts, toasted


1. Heat olive oil over a moderate heat in a deep frying pan. Add chicken and brown.

2. Add Pasta & Sauce, milk and 1 cup hot water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

3. Stir through baby spinach until wilted. Sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts to serve.
