  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground thyme
  • 12 shelled prawns


1. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix together.

2. Toss prawns in the spice mixture to coat evenly.

3. Melt the butter in a frying pan and sear the coated prawns until cooked.

4. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
