  • 150 g butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup white self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup (150g) NESTLÉ White Melts, melted
  • 1/2 cup (150g) NESTLÉ Milk Melts, melted


1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line two oven trays.

2. Beat butter, brown sugar and HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk until creamy; add egg and beat until just combined.

3. Fold in sifted flours, mix to firm dough. Divide dough in two portions, knead NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa into one portion, wrap each portion of dough in plastic wrap, refrigerate 30 minutes.

4. Roll out dough's between two sheets of baking paper to 3mm thickness. Using Christmas shaped cutters, cut dough into shapes. Place shaped dough on prepared trays. Bake 10 minutes or until light golden. Cool on wire rack.

5. Using a fork or toothpick, drizzle chocolate biscuits with NESTLÉ White Melts and remaining biscuits with NESTLÉ Milk Melts.
