Louis & Xavier’s Pre Match Berry Blast

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Meadow Fresh Calci-trim milk
- 1/2 Cup Naturalea unsweetened Yoghurt
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp Manuka honey
- 1/2 Vanilla essence
- 1 Tsb Chia seeds soaked in milk first (optional)
Method
Put all the ingredients into a blender and wiz until smooth.
Chill before the match or drink straight away! Yum an great energy boost.
Quick tip – use any of your favourite fruits eg kiwi & pear (skinned) or mango (deskinned and de-stoned).
Add a little apple juice if you want it to go further.
