Ingredients

  • biofarm organic yoghurt bottle natural low fat, 1l
  • 1 pk Waitoa Original Tenders
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 500 g lettuce, shredded
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
  • 4 tortilla wraps

Method

Cook Lite Chicken Breast Fillets as per pack instructions. Slice into strips.

Combine yoghurt and sweet chilli sauce.

Place tortilla wraps on a flat surface.

Top bread down centre with sliced chicken breast and salad, top with 20g of chilli yoghurt.

Fold bread and form a wrap.

Cooking instructions as per the retail packs:

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place Chicken Breast Fillets on a wire rack in an ovenproof dish. Pour a small amount of water in the bottom of the dish. Cook for approximately 25-30 minutes turning once.

Fan Forced Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place Chicken Breast Fillets on a wire rack in an ovenproof dish. Pour a small amount of water in the bottom of the dish. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes turning once.

Poach: Pour approximately 1/2 cup of water into a non-stick frypan. Place Chicken Breast Fillets in the frypan. Cover the frypan and cook for approximately 10 minutes each side.
