Dessert Croissants

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 croissants
- 8 Tbsp mascarpone
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 8 strawberries, sliced
- Icing sugar to garnish
- Chocolate sauce to garnish
Method
Slice croissants in half lengthwise, spread 2 Tbsp of mascarpone on each croissants.
Add chocolate chips and strawberries.
Warm croissants until chocolate chips have slightly melted.
Dust with icing sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
