Ingredients

  • 1 large ready-made pavlova
  • 600 ml cream
  • 6 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large mangoes, skim removed and cheeks thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup cup passion fruit topping
  • 3 strawberries, sliced

Method

1. Place pavlova on a large serving platter.

2. Beat the cream until thick. Spread cream over the pavlova and decorate with kiwifruit and mangoes.

3. To finish, drizzle with passionfruit sauce and garnish with strawberries. Serve immediately.
