Ingredients

  • 400 g sealord fish fillets sweetchilli crumbed hoki tapas
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion jam
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • pita crisps for 2 people

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C (190°C fan forced).

Arrange Fish Tapas on an oven tray and cook as per packet instructions.

In a small bowl, mix together yoghurt and chopped herbs.

Once blended, add in the lemon juice then place in a ramekin.

In a separate bowl, mix together chopped capsicum, onion jam and chopped parsley, then place in a separate ramekin.

Once the Fish Tapas are cooked through, place on a large serving platter and serve with dips and pita crisps.
