  • 1 Sealord Hoki Lemon Pepper Crumb
  • 3 cups dried couscous
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, roughly chopped


Preheat oven to 200°C (190°C fan forced).

Place Hoki on an oven proof dish as cook per packet instructions

Cook couscous according to packet instructions.

Once cooked, fluff with a fork and drizzle over all of the olive oil.

When cool, mix in dukkah, spring onions, tomato, cucumber and coriander.

Place Hoki on plate with couscous salad a side of lime aioli.
