1. To make the glaze. Mix together Wattie’s Smoked Hickory Flavoured BBQ Sauce, ginger, garlic, wholegrain mustard, brown sugar and oil.
2. Heat the barbecue. Place the steaks onto an oiled hot plate. Brush the steaks with the glaze. Cook for 8-10 minutes until steaks are cooked to your liking, brushing with the glaze regularly during cooking.
3. Once cooked allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a green salad and boiled new potatoes.
