Shop faster with My Favourites

Using My Favourites is the fastest way to shop for all the things you usually buy in store. My Favourites is powered by Onecard so you’ll need to add your Onecard to your account first.

You’ll see everything you’ve bought in store recently using your Onecard, and things you buy online are also added here so you can find them again easily. Browse through and add the things you want to your trolley. You can also remove products you no longer want to see from the list.

Save on your delivery costs

Subscribing to a Monthly or 6 Monthly Delivery Saver will cut your delivery costs. If you make 4 shops a month of $199 or less then you could save $33pm with a Monthly Delivery Saver, or $218 with a 6 Month Delivery Saver. Delivery Saver is a subscription service so auto renews, and you get a Free 30 Day Trial to try it out.

Allow substitutions to help us get what you need

We may not be able to get the exact item you have ordered so please tick ‘Allow substitutions’ at the online checkout and we will try and find you a similar alternative. Our personal shoppers will not be able to phone you to check substitutions, but we’ll do our best to get it right.

If you do not allow substitutes, you will not be charged for things that we could not supply, but you may be missing a few things you really need.

Leave notes for your personal shopper

You can leave shopper notes on each product to help your personal shopper pick just the right thing for you - just tap or click on the speech bubble on each product as you browse or search.

We can't guarantee you will always receive the products as you have requested, but our personal shoppers will try their best.

Our available pick up and delivery slots are filling up quicker than usual. If our website isn't showing any available slots, please continue to search for the next available slot. Unfortunately, we aren't able to arrange Pick up or delivery slot bookings over the phone.
At the moment we may not be able to source the exact item you have ordered so please tick ‘Allow substitutions’ at the online checkout and we will get you what we can.

If a product you requested is not available and you’ve allowed substitutes, your Personal Shopper will try to replace the unavailable product with a similar product of equal or higher value, but we will only charge you at the price of the originally requested product. Only as a last resort, will we substitute with a lower value product. In this case, we will charge you for the lower value product.
