I've created a shopping list, but why are some items uncategorised?
If your items are showing under 'uncategorised items,’ try selecting from our popular items or our suggestions when adding items to your list.
Adding extra notes may cause some items to be uncategorised.
We are working on improving this feature.
Can I share my list?
Yes, just click on the share icon in the top right corner to share your list with others.
Can I collaborate with others / allow others to edit my shopping list?
No, unfortunately this feature is currently unavailable.
What is the difference between the 'My list' and 'Edit' tabs?
The 'My list' tab is designed to help you shop easier while in-store. Here, you can add items, see them organised by category, and check off items as you shop.
The 'Edit' tab allows you to add, edit and delete items.
How do I edit or delete my list?
Make sure the 'edit' tab is selected in your Shopping list.
To edit a single item, hold down the item until you can edit the item name. You can also remove an item by selecting the bin icon that appears.
To delete your entire list, select the 'Clear all' button on the bottom right corner of your list.
Can I create my shopping list in the app and then shop with the same list on the Countdown Online Shop?
