- Eggs - 1 or 2
- Grated cheese or cream cheese - 1 Tbsp
- Dash of milk
- Small lemon or lime - 1
Crack egg(s) into mug. Add cheese, milk and season.
Whisk with a fork to mix.
Loosely cover mug then microwave on high for 40 seconds.
Stir and cook for another 40 seconds. Check and give it another short burst if needed.
Tip: You can add cherry tomatoes or leftover vegetables to make it a hearty snack!
