Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the oil in a frying pan over moderate heat and add the onion, zest, garlic and parsley.
Fry gently for 10 minutes until
the onion is soft.
Pour this mixture into a large ovenproof casserole dish. Add the peas, corn, tuna, pasta, Dolmio sauce and cream.
Mix well but don’t mash the
tuna pieces.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until everything is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
