Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 1-Litre (4-cup) capacity ceramic dish.
Use an electric mixer to whisk the butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Use a large metal spoon to lightly fold in the flour and 1/2 cup (125mL) of the Vitasoy Lush Chocolate.
Pour the mixture into prepared dish.
Combine the brown sugar and cocoa in a small heatproof bowl.
Combine the remaining Vitasoy Lush Chocolate and 1/4 cup (60mL) water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add to the brown sugar mixture and stir until smooth.
Gently pour the hot liquid over the back of a spoon to cover the surface of the pudding batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted halfway into the centre of the pudding comes out clean.
Allow the pudding to stand for
5 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve with ice-cream.
