Thinly slice the schnitzel and place into a glass dish. Add the next 5 ingredients. Mix and marinate for 1-2 hours or overnight if possible. Place a little olive oil into a saute pan. Heat well. Add the marinated schnitzel. Stirfry over a high heat until just cooked. Add the seasoning mix. Stir well and remove from the heat. Meanwhile, heat the flour tortillas in the oven. Place the spicy meat onto the tortillas. Top with a selection of salad vegetables, sour cream etc. Fold over three sides. Top with a little salsa and sour cream, and serve.
